Sea freight

SR Group is keen to be able to offer sustainable solutions.

Sea freight – Norway

SR Group transports cargo along the coast of Norway every single day.

Sea freight functions as a supplement to the existing road transport offer and is an environmentally friendly alternative.

GeSi Shipping AS was established in 1993, in Os outside Bergen. Today, GeSi has its head office at Sandnes Havn.
The company operates MV Gullaas, which operates along the entire coast from Tananger to Hammerfest. Gullaas is equipped with a twin deck and two cranes and is thus completely self-sufficient. She has a skilled crew who load, secure and unload the cargo themselves.

As a shipbroker within the European near sea market, GeSi has a diverse customer portfolio that ranges from the construction and aquaculture industry to heavy lifting and project cargo for the oil industry. The wide network, consisting of more than 30 cargo ships, ensures that the customer's needs and requirements are met.

GeSi Shipping AS is one of the companies in the SR Group. You can read more about the company on their website: www.gesi.no
