We would like to inform you that, as of January 1, 2026, SR Group AS will take over the activities of Overseas Logistics AS.
This merger is part of our strategy to strengthen and consolidate our international logistics services, enabling us to offer an even more comprehensive solution to our customers.
All ongoing agreements, deliveries, and points of contact will continue as normal. You will continue to work with the same people you know from Overseas Logistics—now as part of the SR Group organisation.
The purpose of the acquisition is to:
- consolidate and streamline international transport and logistics processes
- strengthen our capacity and expertise within sea, air, and rail freight
- ensure a seamless transition for customers and suppliers
Dag Martin Smørdal, CEO of SR Group AS, states:

For customers and suppliers, this change will not affect existing agreements or terms. All obligations will be assumed by SR Group AS, and your points of contact will remain unchanged.
