You will continue to work with the same people you know from Overseas Logistics\u2014now as part of the SR Group organisation.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the acquisition is to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>consolidate and streamline international transport and logistics processes<\/li>\n<li>strengthen our capacity and expertise within sea, air, and rail freight<\/li>\n<li>ensure a seamless transition for customers and suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Dag Martin Sm\u00f8rdal, CEO of SR Group AS, states:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOverseas Logistics has been a valuable part of our logistics structure.
