Decent working conditions mean obligated health, environment and safety conditions at workplace, social and cultural rights, and decent compensation schemes above any decided minimum. Employees should also be permitted to organize in any worker union. SR Group expects all our partners and suppliers to meet these requirements.
The general manager is responsible for compliance with laws and requirements! Each individual employee is obliged to follow established routines and report any breaches to the management.
If SR Group suspects any of our suppliers and partners are not compliant with the requirements for human rights and decent working conditions, SR Group will investigate the incident and ensure that the necessary measures are implemented. Serious violations of our guidelines may result in the termination of cooperation agreements and contracts.
